Opening command prompt using the shortcut Win + X

Press Win + X, or click on the start with right mouse button and select from the list the command prompt.

Open the Task Manager by pressing Ctrl + Alt + Del and click on File => Run new task=> Type cmd and then click “OK” => if you want to run as administrator – in the window, check “Create this task with administrative privileges”

When the Task Manager is opened, press and hold the Ctrl key and without releasing it, click “File” and then click “Start a new task” => after these actions the command prompt will be opened in administrator mode.
